I just found out today that I might have two exams, now...
The professor for a class I had intended to write a paper for (it's a "paper option" class, where you can pick whether to take the exam or write a paper instead) announced today, "You all might as well just take the exam if you want, and then I'll give you some extra credits if you want to write a paper, besides." So I'm contemplating that option. But considering that I somewhat tuned out the class (and definitely stopped doing the reading) after I decided to write a paper...it might require a bit of work to get back "up to speed," which was the suggested competency level for taking the exam.
